Classes will run with a minimum number of participants based on the Resource Person’s identified number.

 

What you can expect.

 

  • TALKS

The talks are done in a lecture style format. Please feel free to bring your notebooks and pens to take notes.

 

  • WORKSHOPS

These sessions combine talks and interactive workshops. Some workshops require coming in loose, comfortable outfits. Feel free to bring yoga mats and pillows to sit on. Chairs will also be provided.

 

  • HEALING CIRCLE

Be open. Leave all pre-conceived notions and judgments behind before coming. Come in loose comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring yoga mats and pillows to sit on.

 

  • ORACLE DAYS

These are private one-on-one sessions for specific healing modalities. Please check each Healer or Resource Person’s background and offering. Appointments must be booked ahead of time and downpayments or full payments must be given. For these one-on-one sessions, we have a no show, no refund policy.

 

  • BODY & ENERGY SESSIONS

These one-on-one sessions must be booked ahead. These therapies support the body’s energy balance. Either through traditional massage called hilot, acupuncture, reiki or other energy medicine modalities, the sessions are to bring balance back and let the energy flow.

 

  • WEEKLY CLASSES

These sessions are offered during weekdays to give audience the chance to try out various forms of yoga, movement, meditation for relaxation and focus. Come in comfortable loose clothing or yoga/gym attire. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own mats and pillows to sit on.

 

  • CHILDREN’S PROGRAM

A separate children’s art therapy prorgram is offered.

 

  • FREE SESSION

KATAHIMIKAN is a free mindfulness community seating circle open to the general public on June 23, Sunday morning starting at 9am. Please feel free to bring your own mat or pillow. Chairs will also be provided. Come in comfortable loose clothing.
